This site has no forms and no cookies. The only data we receive is what you send us on WhatsApp to book.

When you write to book we receive your name, your WhatsApp number, your dates, how many of you are coming and whatever you tell us (a dog, for instance). We use it only to manage your booking and your stay, and to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except the platform you booked through (Booking.com, if that is the case) and the authorities when the law requires it (the accommodation registration card).
No cookies, no forms. If we turn on visit statistics we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and identifies nobody. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.
You can ask to see, update, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the same WhatsApp number. We answer within ten working days. If you are not satisfied you can turn to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
For as long as we have a relationship with you and for the period Colombian law requires accommodation and invoicing records to be kept. Then we delete it.
